There's nothing like a good book to lift your mood, give inspiration and feed your soul. Below you will find some books I have enjoyed:

- Coaching: Evoking Excellence in Others by James Flaherty

This was a book I enjoyed reading very much.  I found it great that each chapter was broken down into easy to read chunks and that there was a great depth of content and further reading material on offer.  This book left me feeling freer and excited about coaching and is a must for anyone who is coaching or thinking of coaching.

- Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracy

This is a great little book about time management and prioritising so you can get things done.  Its about getting focused, writing it down and then remaining focused until the job is done.  Its a quick read and I would highly recommend reading it twice to pick up the bits of advice possibly missed during the first read.

- Peace Is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh

This is a lovely book about getting yourself in touch with life at its most magnificent level.  Being mindful of ourselves, our breath, our thoughts and our being in the world.  Its a great book to read when you feel like taking some time of the merry-go-round of life to just be.

- Be Your Own Life Coach by Fiona Harrold

When I first got interested in life coaching this was the first book I read.  Its a wonderful read and is packed with lots of great wisdom and questions to help you move forward in life.  If you don't know much about life coaching or are looking to re-ignite your life coaching techniques this is a great book to read.
