This is an ideal package to get to experience how empowering Life Coaching can be. This Starter Package includes an initial session of 1hour 15 minutes plus 3 subsequent sessions of 45 minutes each.

In addition to this you will receive unlimited email support through your initial first month's coaching experience.

At the end of the month, please feel free to sign up for this package again or to move on to my 'Continuum Package' - which offers you 2 empowering sessions each month.

Christina's Coaching Continuum Package

This package is a great one to pick once you have already completed at least 1 Starter Package.  This will help keep yourself on track with a little less one-to-one time but will give you more time to look at and achieve your goals.

This package is the beginning of you becoming self-empowered with a view to you using the skills you have already gained during the Starter Package experience.

Once again these 2 sessions will be 45 minutes each and are offered with unlimited e-mail support.

Christina's Coaching Management Package

This package is available to keep you focused on hitting those bulls eye targets in your life. It can be used as a once per month management session or an occasional use session. Whichever is to your greatest benefit.  This is 1 session and is 45 minutes long.

You may feel that you have already made some significant changes in your life but still want to fine polish things a bit or begin working more independently on your own. You may just be wanting that bit of one-to-one support before you go it alone.
